高兴华，女，汉族，博士，1991年1月出生于内蒙古乌兰察布市。

本硕博就读于内蒙古大学数学科学学院，2020年12月获得理学博士学位；2018.10-2019.10赴Queensland University of Technology 访学。2021年9月入职于内蒙古师范大学。主要从事微分方程数值解方向的科学研究。在《Computers & Mathematics with Applications》、《 Mathematics and Computers in Simulation》、《计算数学》、《应用数学和力学》等期刊上发表学术论文。
